spartan ultimate sucks and people die without getting shot and takes about 70 hp or more its fugly

it is 50 hp per shot I can change it to every 20 seconds but it is staying at 50 damage

its actually 25 health damage and 15 armor damage. and its every 20 seconds on every other server
